I'm a certified Pilates Educator and Barre Instructor who studied the Balanced Body Pilates Method. My practice began with dance and I discovered the benefits of Pilates while searching for a way to strengthen my body and avoid injury. I bring a vibrant atmosphere to the classroom while concentrating on the principles of proper biomechanics; crafting sequences that teach clients to move with more efficiency; imparting comfort, healing, strength, and empowerment through movement.
